Adam Posener D’arce sub Rnd 2 Posener’s MMA Vancouver
On May 9 ’24 at BFL 80 Adam ‘Primetime’ Posener defeats David Brionnes from Mexico in the 2nd round via D’arce choke. This was certainly a good step up in caliber for Adam, and he performed excellently against an experienced and skillful MMA fighter. David Brionnes had his ninth fight pro fight and, according to IG, a 15-1 amateur record. Adam is now 2-0 as a pro and 5-0 as an amateur with 2 amateur belts, RITC and BFL.
Like all MMA fights, they start standing and Adam demonstrated improvement in the application of his stand-up skills and was also able to maintain an offensive cycle, or was able to ‘lead the dance’ in all areas of MMA Standing, offensive and defensive entries to the clinch to the takedowns in the middle of the cage and against the wall and on the ground with GNP, submission attempts and transitions.
Instead of describing in detail the action, the videos can help.
The team will learn from this experience, be progressive and incremental in the next steps.. Here comes the finish.
We would like to sincerely thank all the team members involved in this fight camp and all past influences: Matt Kwan at On guard BJJ, George Kassimatis from Posener’s MMA Vancouver, Dejan Kagic and Universal MMA, Cole Smith from Roundhouse Martial Arts and Fitness, Dimitry Mudryi from Ascension MMA, Gus Rodriguez from Art of Strength, the other parts of Posener’s MMA, and a growing number of sponsors and many other supporters that may not be listed… Thank you.. and.. OSU!
We are now planning the next steps. We hope to fight at BFL 81 and get agreements confirmed relatively soon. Regardless the plan is to get in the cage for Adam ‘Primetime’ Posener in August or September. The goal execution is in the works. Please stay tuned.
